Red Floriani Corn is a landrace from Italy that now has a great following in the US for polenta and corn meal. Ours is grown by Fritz Durst and family in Northern California near the Capay Valley. Camas Country Mill and Fritz have a history of providing seed grains to each other and sharing information and agronomic information. Fritz has grown Gazelle winter rye grain in addition to other cereal grains from seed provided to him by Camas Country Mill.
