Our Sifted Hard Red Spring Wheat Flour is a favorite for many of our bakers. This is an artisan flour for breads and baked goods with classic color and aroma. Excellent for break making; ideal also in combination with other flours. Approximate protein is 12-13%.

The new name of this product in the 4# bag is Organic Hard Red Artisan Bread Flour. The 25# bag will still be known as Organic Sifted Hard Red Spring Wheat Flour.
