Our lightest flour, with some of the bran and germ sifted out to provide a fine texture. Excellent for blending with heavier whole grain flours, or as a base for pie crusts, cookies, or anywhere all-purpose whole wheat flour is desired. Approximate protein is 8-9.5%.
