Our Hard Red Spring Wheat Berries are available in conventional or organic. They can be milled for flour or used as a healthy addition to soups, stews and salads. They can also be sprouted. The have a nutty, robust flavor. Hard red berries tend to have a higher percentage of protein compared to Hard White Berries.
