Our Hard Red Wheat Artisan Bread Flour is a favorite for many of our bakers. This is an artisan flour for breads and baked goods with classic color and aroma. Excellent for bread making; ideal also in combination with other flours. This flour was formally known as our Organic Sifted Hard Red Flour. Same great flour with a new name and a new package.
